The project includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new 10,500 SF, pre-engineered metal building to house the district’s transportation & nutrition services departments. Interior work includes bus maintenance bays, warehouse, restrooms, employee lounge, and walk-in freezers. Sitework includes a large surface parking area, refueling area, bus wash canopy, and an elevated stormwater garden deck.
