Bethel School District Continues to Lead Region in Graduation Rates

The Oregon Department of Education has released the latest graduation rate data, and we’re excited to share that Bethel continues to have some of the highest graduation rates in the region! While we saw a small dip compared to last year, our district-wide graduation rate remains higher than the state average and surpasses those of neighboring districts in Eugene and Springfield. Willamette High School once again outpaced all comprehensive high schools in Eugene and Springfield, and Kalapuya High School outpaced all alternative high schools in the area.

This continued success is a testament to the incredible dedication of our students and the hard work they put in each and every day. It also speaks to dynamic teachers, staff, and families who work together to support students every step of the way. In Bethel, we prioritize strong relationships, personalized support, and opportunities for every student—whether through academic programs, career pathways, or extracurricular activities that help them stay engaged and connected.

Graduation rates are more than just numbers—they represent real students who have worked hard to achieve this milestone. We are so proud of them and grateful for the support of our entire community in making their success possible.

Thank you for being part of the Bethel community! We will continue to build on this momentum and ensure that every student has the tools and encouragement to reach their goals.
