Covered play structures have been built at Clear Lake, Fairfield, Irving, Malabon, Meadow View and Prairie Mountain schools. They provide a protected a much-needed outdoor play area for students during rainy school days. Architects and engineers visited schools, met with staff, finalized the locations of the covered play structures, and contractors built the new structures near current playground equipment.
