HVAC system at Clear Lake Elementary 

The much-needed overhaul of the Clear Lake heating/cooling system was completed in the summer of 2022. This includes new boilers and piping throughout the school. The HVAC system has been renewed to provide a significant improvement to its efficiency and effectiveness.

Language Arts Curriculum

A new Language Arts curriculum is being selected for all grades. This includes textbooks, online learning, teacher training, and other resources to meet individual student needs. The District has narrowed the Language Arts curriculum options to two, which have been piloted in various grades. After parent and community feedback, the final Language Arts recommendation will be made to the School Board.

World Languages curriculum (Spanish & Germany) have been adopted for the current school year. The new English Language Development curriculum is currently being piloted before a final selection is made.
