National Contest Brings Additional Computer Monitors For Teachers

Teachers at Prairie Mountain School will soon have more tools at their disposal as they teach through Comprehensive Distance Learning.

Prairie Mountain is one of 50 schools across the country selected to receive second computer monitors for their teachers.

Two Screens For Teachers matches donors with teachers. Providing a second computer monitor allows teachers to have a much larger workspace. For example, they can host a Zoom meeting on one screen while preparing to show lessons from another.

Teachers have discovered they can work faster, more efficiently, and more effectively during Distance Learning with a pair of screens.

Prairie Mountain is one of only three schools in Oregon to win the monitors during a nationwide pre-Thanksgiving contest.

So far, Two Screens For Teachers has facilitated the donation of 20,000 new monitors for educators around the country.
