Welcome Back Day, Registration, and Tech Devices

The topics below are meant to help with Registration, easy payment of fees, and additional back-to-school questions.

Registration and Help Hours

Thank you to all who have registered. If you have not, please Register Here, or come to our Front Office between 12 and 6:30pm, August 25th or 26th for in-person help. We will have staff available to help with technical issues, language translation services, or just general questions. You may also call during regular hours with questions.

Families who wish to enroll in Bethel Online Academy (BOA) should also register, in addition to filling out this response form. If you completed this previously, you should have received a receipt email and should expect additional communication this week.

Completing Registration before our Welcome Back Day on 9/2/21 will make every other step (photos, fees, permits, and more) easier.

Welcome Back Day

Click for the full Full Welcome Back Letter with Active Links (En Español) you may have received by mail, which includes the times by grade level and additional details. Device Distribution for WHS Students will be part of Welcome Back Day on September 2nd! More details to come on locations and procedures for Tech Distribution, Parking Passes, Caps and Gowns, and School Photos taking place on that day.

Fees and Schoolpay.com tutorial

All fees for Willamette’s can be paid at Schoolpay.com. These optional fees include ASB cards, parking permits, and club memberships. If you are a first-time user, you will need to create an account through a few easy steps.

Then add your student(s) by name or student ID, and pay only the appropriate fees using a debit or credit card. This site is safe, easy, and will be used at all Bethel schools. Save time on Welcome Back Day by paying fees ahead of time. Please contact the Front Office if you encounter problems in adding your student to your account, as we may be able to assist.

School Supplies

Willamette will have supplies available to all students, free of charge. Here is a snapshot of what will be provided, and students are welcome to purchase their own versions.
