Dear Prairie Mountain Staff and Families,
This is one of the most difficult things that I have done, and it’s challenging to find the right words to share some news with you today. Recently, I was offered the role of Elementary Director of Teaching and Learning here in Bethel. I have chosen to accept the position.
Needless to say, although I am honored to have the opportunity, leaving Prairie Mountain as your principal has left me heavy hearted. It has been a true privilege to work alongside of you as a team, doing our best to serve Prairie Mountain students and their families for the past eight years. The thoughtfulness, love, and talents of our Prairie Mountain team are truly inspirational and it has brought me so much pride to know every one of you, and to know that together we made Prairie Mountain a loving and welcoming place for this community.
It brings me so much joy to announce that Jaime Noack will step into the role of Principal at Prairie Mountain in the coming year. She will do an amazing job of leading, and inspiring all. Our students and families will benefit from the continuity, her skill and insight, and the love that she has for Prairie Mountain. The District will be working with Jaime on filling the Assistant Principal position just as quickly as they can.
With August just around the corner, I will be helping Jaime with anything and everything that she needs. I promised her that I would be there for her and Prairie Mountain until the end of time. I believe now more than ever in the phrase that I say to all you all a hundred times a year, “We do our best work when we do it together.” As I embark on this new chapter in education, I promise to think of you all and Prairie Mountain students when making decisions at the district level. I promise to keep you all close to my heart in all that I do. Thank you for everything that you have taught me about leading, loving, and learning. You all have helped me be a better educator, mom, wife, and friend. Mr. Roger’s once said, “The connections we make in the course of a life- maybe that’s what heaven is.” Thank you Prairie Mountain!

Estimado personal de Prairie Mountain,
Esta es una de las cosas más difíciles que he hecho y es un desafío encontrar las palabras adecuadas para compartir algunas noticias con ustedes hoy. Recientemente, me ofrecieron el puesto de Directora de Enseñanza y Aprendizaje de Primaria aquí en Betel. He optado por aceptar el puesto.
No hace falta decir que, aunque me siento honrada de tener la oportunidad, dejar Prairie Mountain como su director me ha dejado con el corazón pesado. A sido un verdadero privilegio trabajar junto a ustedes como equipo, haciendo todo lo posible para servir a los estudiantes de Prairie Mountain y sus familias durante los últimos ocho años. La consideración, el amor y el talento de nuestro equipo de Prairie Mountain son realmente inspiradores y me ha enorgullecido mucho conocerlos a cada uno de ustedes y saber que juntos hicimos de Prairie Mountain un lugar amoroso y acogedor para esta comunidad.
Me da mucha alegría anunciar que Jaime Noack asumirá el papel de directora en Prairie Mountain el próximo año. Ella hará un trabajo increíble al liderar e inspirar a todos. Nuestros estudiantes y familias se beneficiarán de la continuidad, su habilidad y conocimiento, y el amor que siente por Prairie Mountain. El distrito trabajará con Jaime para ocupar el puesto de subdirector tan pronto como sea posible.
Con agosto a la vuelta de la esquina, estaré ayudando a Jaime con todo lo que ella necesite. Le prometí que estaría allí para ella y Prairie Mountain hasta el fin de los tiempos. Creo ahora más que nunca en la frase que les digo a todos ustedes cien veces al año: “Hacemos nuestro mejor trabajo cuando lo hacemos juntos”. Al embarcarme en este nuevo capítulo en educación, prometo pensar en todos ustedes y en los estudiantes de Prairie Mountain al tomar decisiones a nivel de distrito. Prometo mantenerlos a todos cerca de mi corazón en todo lo que haga. Gracias por todo lo que me ha enseñado sobre lider, amor y aprender. Todos ustedes me han ayudado a ser una mejor educadora, madre, esposa y amiga. El Sr. Roger dijo una vez: “Las conexiones que hacemos en el curso de una vida, tal vez eso es lo que es el cielo”. ¡Gracias Prairie Mountain!
