K-5 Information

We will be reaching out to you this week (if we haven’t already) to share and confirm whether your child will be attending the morning or afternoon session of our Comprehensive Distance Learning days.  Our goal is to have classes that are balanced in number in order to plan the highest quality of experiences for students.

6-8 Information:

Click this link for information on student schedules, accessing Google Classroom (our student learning platform), student emails, grading, attendance, wifi access, school meals, and mental health supports.

Chromebooks

Chromebook distribution began yesterday. If your child needs a district-provided Chromebook to take part in Comprehensive Distance Learning, here is the schedule for pickup in the parking lot at Willamette High School. Please note that Chromebooks will not be remotely activated and ready for use until September 10th.

Online Learning Systems

Seesaw will be used for instruction at the K-3 level.  Students in grades 3-5 will also be accessing Google Classroom to support learning.  Click here for more information about Seesaw and click here for more information about Google Classroom, including how to set up guardian accounts.

Family Information Sessions

You are invited to view Meadow View’s Family Information video on Thursday next week! We are creating a video that will go over the daily learning schedule, attendance, accessing school supplies for home, breakfast and lunch schedules, getting academic help, counseling, technology support, and more. CLICK HERE to submit the questions you have about the upcoming school year and we will do our best to respond to them on our blog over the next week or in the Family Information video.
