Meet the Teacher at MV
Hi Amazing Meadow Families!
Tomorrow evening, we are hosting our annual Meet the Teacher Event at Meadow View. After planning with our teaching teams, we are confident and excited to welcome our MV families onto campus for an outdoor Meet the Teacher night! Here are the details:
Who: All K-8 Families
What: Families will come to MV on Wednesday evening to meet their child’s teacher outside. We will also have tables set up with information and a chance to meet our specialist teams out on the blacktop and elementary playground.
Where: This will be a staggered, outside event that takes place around the exterior of the school. Families will go to their child’s teacher’s exterior door. Look for an email tomorrow afternoon announcing who your child will have for their homeroom teacher!
When: We have divided up our MV families into three groups by last names to reduce the number of people on campus and to allow us to safely physically distance.
Last Names and Staggered Times:
- A-G: 4:30-5:00
- H-N: 5:00-5:30
- O-Z: 5:30-6:00
Why: We know our kids are feeling all of the feels as they get their brave-on to come back to school. It will feel really good for them to step onto campus, see familiar faces and feel a sense of belonging as they gear up for their official start day.
Masks: Please wear your masks when/if you are unable to physically distance outside while on campus. Let’s keep school open!

While you’re reading, you can locate the school maps at the end of the handbook. Please use these maps tomorrow evening to help you locate your child’s teacher’s exterior door. Don’t worry, we’ll have signs, too!
