Meadow View Update

Happy Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week

Hey Meadow View! It’s Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week! Please join us in celebrating all of our amazing Meadow View teachers and staff for the incredible work that they put in each and every day to make a positive impact on the lives and minds of their students.

This year, and last, has been a wild ride and our MV staff have been there every step of the way–shifting gears, rolling with changes, finding new ways of doing, and wrapping around kids and families the only way they know how–with their whole heart. We sure are lucky to have them on our team! Thank you, Meadow View teachers and staff!

Calling All Future Meadow View Wolves!

You’re invited to join us via Zoom for our upcoming VIRTUAL Kindergarten Orientation on Wednesday, May 12.  During our time together, we’ll tell you all about our amazing school, how we learn together in kindergarten and the ins and outs of being a part of the Meadow View community!

We are offering two zoom sessions, 3:00-4:00pm and 6:00-7:00pm. Please join us at either session.

Click here to join the Zoom for either session.

We can’t wait to welcome our incoming kindergarten students for the 2021-2022 school year who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2021, and who live within the Meadow View attendance area. Woo hoo!

Safety Drills at MV

The Importance of Re-designing Safety Training | Litmos BlogOver the next two weeks, Meadow View staff and students will practice a lockdown drill, earthquake drill, directed evacuation and fire drill. The state requires schools to practice safety drills throughout the year. These are rehearsals that we hope to never have to implement. However, we practice our drills to make sure everyone knows what to do in the event of an emergency. At this time we are not practicing these drills as a whole school, instead each homeroom teacher will teach and practice the drills with their class.
