Irving Families,
Teachers have been working hard to get classrooms ready when we welcome students back to school on Wednesday, September 8. We are very excited to see all of you. Here is a little information for this week. I will send more information to families later in the week about arrival and dismissal procedures for Irving.
Meet Your Teacher Night
We are excited to welcome Irving families to Meet Your Teacher Night at Irving on Thursday, September 2nd. You are invited to Irving based on your child’s last name. Here is the schedule:
5:00-5:30 Students with last names beginning with A-K
5:30-6:00 Students with last names beginning with L-Z
Irving staff will help direct you where to go to meet your teacher.
Kindergarten and 1st Grade Families go to South Pod
2nd and 3rd Grade Families go to the Building on the North End of Campus
4th and 5th Grade Families go to the West Pod nearest Irving Track/Playground
Teachers will greet families outside of classrooms. Please wear a mask and maintain physical distancing. Two families at a time will be allowed to go into classroom so students can find desk and check out the classroom. Once families have met teacher and toured classroom we will have families head home. That way, we have time for our next group of students and parents to come meet teachers and checkout classrooms.

Class Lists
Class lists are up at Irving. If you would like to find out your child’s teacher stop by the Irving office to look at class list. If you come to Irving we are asking that you wear a mask and maintain 6ft with others. If you cannot make it to Irving please give us a call at 541-688-2620 and we will be happy to let you know who your child’s teacher is.
