Elementary Students Return; Schools Become Reenergized

After more than a year away, elementary students are back in Bethel schools.

Meeting in a Hybrid format, students in grades 1-5 returned to class, joining their kindergarten peers who started in-person learning before Spring break.

The first day for elementary students resembled a normal energetic first day of school in September with parents escorting their children to the school door, pictures being taken, and staff pointing the way to go.

Grades 6-12 at most Bethel schools begin Hybrid instruction April 5.

Bethel Online Academy is providing full online learning through the rest of the school year for those who choose to decline in-person instruction.

Those considering a change in their learning format should contact their school office.
