Bethel School District is offering free COVID-19 vaccines for Bethel students ages 16 and older. This is a completely voluntary opportunity and an effort to keep our community healthy.
The vaccine clinics, staged at Willamette High School, will be open to age-eligible students currently enrolled in Bethel School District. The clinics will be managed by the Bethel Health Center and staffed by Bethel School District nurses and volunteer health professionals from throughout the community.
- The vaccination clinics will be held on:
- Tuesday, April 27, 9:00-11:30 a.m.
- Wednesday, April 28, noon-3:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 29, 9:00-11:00 a.m.
- Any eligible Bethel student who registers via this appointment website can receive the vaccine.
- The clinics will be providing the Pfizer vaccine.

- This vaccine requires a second dose 21 days after the initial dose. The second appointment will be set when students arrive for their initial vaccination.
NOTE: Students are able to self-authorize for the vaccine under Oregon’s minor consent law. However, if parents/guardians do not want their eligible child to receive a free COVID vaccine, they should complete this opt out form requesting that their child not receive a COVID vaccine. All submitted information will remain confidential.
Extra doses of the vaccine: Sometimes extra doses are available at the end of the scheduled vaccination clinic hours. If there are remaining doses each day, they can be offered to Bethel students’ families and community members. Complete this online form if you would like to be on a waitlist for a possible extra dose of the COVID vaccine.
