Hello, K-8 BOA Families!
Many of you have experienced challenges getting logged into Zoom today. We have been working with our tech department to get it resolved. Zoom has updated its app, which is what is causing these issues.
If your student is unable to login to Zoom, please click the link that says “Join via the Zoom for Chrome PWA” when the Zoom app window opens. Clicking this link should open the updated Zoom app and allow your student to join their class. Your student may be prompted to enter their first and last name.
If your child was marked absent today and the reason for that absence is because they could not get logged into Zoom, please let your child’s teacher know or contact Judith Bonilla in the BOA office at 541-607-1482.
If you are still unable to login to Zoom, or are experiencing other tech related issues, please contact the Bethel Technology Department at 541-607-1450 between 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.
