Performance Matters Training

Performance Matters training has been scheduled for all principals and DLT members on January 19, 11:00-2:00 via Zoom.

Performance Matters is a district level data analytic dashboard that we will be able to use to inform decisions and practices.

During this training, principals will receive an overview and exploration time on the following:

  • Dashboard Orientation
  • Student Details
  • Creating Custom Reports
  • Analyzing Student Performance

An Outlook invite will be sent to all building principals.

More information will be forthcoming regarding Performance Matters training for School Psychologists and Counselors.

Free Online Cooking Class

Bethel School District is teaming with Food for Lane County to provide a free online cooking class for Bethel parents: Preparing Healthy Meals on a Budget.

You will be given free take home ingredient bags, spice sample bags, a recipe book, and more.

The classes for Bethel parents begin in January, but registration is taking place now. To register, email Molly Bullock, Bethel’s Agricultural Educator & Community Outreach Coordinator.

 

Updated Immunization Rates

The State requires schools to post their immunization and exemption rates – and the County’s rates – on their websites and share them with District families.

These are traditional vaccinations for Polio, Measles-Mumps-Rubella, DTap, etc.

United Way Reminder

With winter break upon us, here’s one more reminder about the opportunity to take part in the annual United Way Campaign.

Here is the fillable form that can be emailed to Nathan Voelsch.

All participants returning a form by January 17th will be automatically entered into a drawing for one of two $50 VISA gift cards.
