Registration for 2022-23 School Year
If you have not yet registered your child for next school year at Danebo, please do so soon. Registering students in the spring allows us to have information on students who will remain with us the following year. It ensures that we have current address and contact information for students as well.
HERE is the link to our Bethel website for registration.
If you do not plan to have your child attend Danebo next school year, please call the office (541-688-8735) to let us know your plans.
Spirit of Giving
Our Danebo students will have the opportunity to participate in the Spirit of Giving on Monday, June 6th.
The Spirit of Giving is put together by Bethel volunteers Chris and Debby Ferguson. They collect donations throughout the year and provide opportunities for students at many Bethel schools to “shop” for gifts for friends and family. This is the first time that Danebo students will participate in the Spirit of Giving and we are SO excited for the opportunity.
Students will shop for family members living in their household and for a peer in their class. Each class has signed up for a 25 minute time during the day on Monday, 6/6, and students will come home with items that they selected.
Chris and Debby Ferguson also provided a book for each student at Danebo on Friday, May 20th. They are dedicated to our Bethel kids and we are SO thankful for the volunteer work they do. Please join me in thanking them!
Assistance League Food Pantry
Speaking of being thankful…Danebo students and families have been fortunate to be the recipients of twice-monthly food pantry items throughout the school year. The last food pantry delivery was May 17th and we are hopeful that we will continue this partnership for the 2022-23 school year.
Please join me in thanking the Assistance League of Eugene for their continued support of Danebo Students and Families.
It is hard to believe that today is June 1st and that our school year is ending soon. It has been an amazing year and our students (your children) have made great progress in a difficult time. Thank you for partnering with us and ensuring that we were able to support our students in the best possible way.
We look forward to more opportunities next school year to celebrate with our families, including Family Literacy and Math Nights, PTO Meetings, music performances and other opportunities to collaborate with our community. Stay tuned for details in the fall.
As we look at the end of the school year, here are some important dates/reminders:
