2012 Graduation Party Parent Information..we need you!

As of April 1, we have 69 days left till graduation!  As exciting as that is, it also means that we are running out of time to get the senior all night party together!   PLEASE register if you haven’t already, with Deliene in the office,  so we can get a better idea of what we need to make this the best party we can make it!

We have 4 meetings left, it is not to late to get involved.  We have the OPRY coming up on May 12th; we have sent a letter out asking for any donations, the donations we receive now go right back to the kids.  We are hoping to have one prize for each senior attending the party.  We need help to get there!

We are also starting to look at how many volunteers we need for the night of the party!   We will need junior parents to help with cake, punch, and coffee serving after graduation, as well as helping with set up for the party itself.  If you know of any junior parents that might be willing to help please contact, Ronda Hatefi at 541-554-2172.    We need senior parents to help with the party,  from riding the busses over, to door security, to manning some of the fun things planned.  We also will have rovers to make sure things are going as planned!  If you would like to be a part of this amazing night please let us know.
