Bethel School District Eugene OR

October 16th is Testing Day

Attention Parents! We have an all-school test day October 16th. The 9th grade class will take the PSAT 8/9 test, while the 10th and 11th graders will take the PSAT/NMSQT. This test is one great option for them to meet the Oregon Essential Skills requirements for graduation, and juniors have the potential to be recognized as National Merit Scholars.

The day will start at 8 am sharp, as that Wednesday IS NOT A LATE START, so please make sure students arrive on-time. Free breakfast for all students will be served from 7:00-7:50 am. Testing ends at 12:15 pm, with an optional lunch service from 12:15-12:45. Bus transportation home begins at 12:45.

Seniors will participate in a series of seminars that cover topics including admissions to career exploration, resume building, college admission, and trades. Attendance is required, with the alternative option of taking the ASVAB.

Please note: Students will not have access to their phones until 12:15, not even during the test breaks.
