Malabon Families: Accessing Student and Community Resources

Parent/Guardian Access to Seesaw and Google Classroom

Malabon students will be using the Seesaw and Google Classroom online platforms as part of their Comprehensive Distance Learning.

Para obtener la versión en español de este sitio web, haga clic en el cuadro Idioma en la esquina superior izquierda.

All Malabon students will use Seesaw. Our students in grades 3-5 will also be using Google Classroom.

With Seesaw, students are empowered to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Students “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links.

Malabon Parents/Guardians are invited to create their own Seesaw account and check out the student Seesaw account to support learning at home.

  • Videos (in Spanish and English) on basic Seesaw information and how to login are HERE.
  • Written instructions (in Spanish and English) for parent/guardian/student login are HERE.
  • Access Seesaw’s informative Youtube channel HERE.

Google Classroom was designed by teachers. It provides online learning activities, measures student learning, and enhances connections with students.

Parents are invited to access their student’s Google Classroom account to support learning at home.

  • Videos (Spanish/Chinese/Vietnamese/English) on basic Google Classroom information for students and parents/guardians are HERE.
  • Written instructions (in Spanish and English) for parent/guardian login and more are HERE.

Update: Malabon Student Meals Program and Supply Distribution Delayed, Buildings Closed

Student Meals Program Delayed

With the Air Quality Index remaining in the Hazardous zone, Bethel’s school meals program will be postponed until Friday. All Bethel District buildings will be closed again Tuesday, September 15th due to the poor air quality.

Para obtener la versión en español de este sitio web, haga clic en el cuadro Idioma en la esquina superior izquierda.

On Friday, any student arriving at a Bethel school site will be provided four grab-and-go meals to cover until the next pick-up day, Tuesday, September 22.

The normal Bethel meals program will offer free warm grab-and-go meals at schools each Tuesday and Friday between 11:00am-1:00pm.  Students will also be provided multi-meal boxes to cover Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Second Reschedule of Supply Distribution

And this means that  we will need to reschedule our planned supply pick up dates again. To be safe, we are moving these dates to next Monday and Tuesday, September 21st and 22nd.

The times for pick up will stay the same. You can drive up any time between 9:00am and 12:00pm or from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on either day to access student supplies.
