Prairie Mountain staff and students are having a cash donation drive 10/2-10/20 to fund Red Cross disaster relief in Puerto Rico. Although completely optional, we have set a goal for all staff and students to each donate $1.00, or whatever they can. This would allow us to gift Red Cross in the neighborhood of $800.00. We have the opportunity to demonstrate the Prairie Mountain Lifeskill of empathy, and to show compassion and support to the many thousands of families in Puerto Rico who were left without housing, food or water after hurricane Maria devastated the island September 20th. Thank you for considering supporting this worthwhile and important effort.
