The Eugene Library is looking for parents and families to join the Family Council for the Bethel Early Literacy Project. Find new ways to engage kids and families in early literacy programs, help create and implement new strategies to expand early literacy programs in the Bethel community, represent Bethel parents and families by helping to guide this project.
