Meadow View Update: Student Meals Program and School Supply Distribution Delayed, Building Closed

Hi Amazing Meadow View Families,

We have three important updates for you:

One: With the Air Quality Index remaining in the Hazardous zone, Bethel’s school meals program will be postponed until Friday.

Two: All Bethel District buildings will be closed again Tuesday due to the poor air quality.

Three: Meadow View’s School Supply Distribution is tentatively scheduled for 8am-6pm on Friday, September 18, pending air quality. The school supply kits have materials for every student to use to engage in Comprehensive Distance Learning and their Ready Math books that they will need for class. If you aren’t able to pick up your supplies on Friday you can call our MV office at 541-607-9700 to make an appointment! We’ll get you all set up.

On Friday, any student arriving at a Bethel school site will be provided four grab-and-go meals to cover until the next pick-up day, Tuesday, September 22. The normal Bethel meals program will offer free grab-and-go meals at schools each Tuesday and Friday between 11:00am-1:00pm. Students will also be provided multi-meal boxes to cover Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please stay tuned for confirmation on MV’s Supply Distribution for all MV K-8 students on Friday from 8am-6pm.

As always, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out by calling the office at 541-607-9700. Have a great night, MV!
