The Great Oregon Shakeout
Malabon students participated in the Great Oregon Shakeout. Agencies, organizations and families around Oregon took cover in order to be prepared if an earthquake were to hit Oregon.
This was an excellent opportunity for Malabon kids. Some were outside on the playground and others were in groups that were not in their homeroom class.
Teachers shared with students that earthquakes could happen any time and any place and we need to be prepared no matter where we are.
