Oregon Black Education Foundation and Next Step Support Kalapuya Graduating Seniors

The Oregon Black Education Foundation continues to support Kalapuya High School students pursuing post-secondary education, this year awarding nine graduating seniors scholarships that will help make their career dreams possible. In addition to the scholarship, Next Step Recycling is supporting each student by providing them with a refurbished laptop. Senator James Manning and NextStep board members made the presentations at an outdoor event at Kalapuya High School.
