School Supply Pick-Up
Irving School Supply Pick-Up will be Friday, September 18th. We have two times you may come by Irving to pick-up Supplies: 8:00am-11:00am or 3:00pm-6:00pm
When you get to Irving please follow these directions:
- Stay in car. A staff member will ask you first and last name of child and grade level.
- Wait in car until staff member delivers supplies.
If you are unable to make it to school supply pick-up on Friday, September 18th then please call the Irving office and schedule a time to pick-up during week of September 21st. 541-688-2620
Parent/Guardian Access to Seesaw and Google Classroom
Irving students will be using the Seesaw and Google Classroom online platforms as part of their Comprehensive Distance Learning.

All Irving students will use Seesaw. Our students in grades 3-5 will also be using Google Classroom.
With Seesaw, students are empowered to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Students “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links.

Irving Parents/Guardians are invited to create their own Seesaw account and check out the student Seesaw account to support learning at home.

Google Classroom was designed by teachers. It provides online learning activities, measures student learning, and enhances connections with students.
Parents are invited to access their student’s Google Classroom account to support learning at home.

Irving Family Resources
With no in-person “Welcome Back” night at Irving School, we wanted to be able to check-in with families about potential needs they have at this time. Normally, there would be a sheet to fill out at the Welcome Back night. This year we have created a google form for families to fill out. The first required questions are about your child and family. Then there is a brief description of each resource available and the ability for you to answer “yes” or “no” if this might be a resource your family could use. There is also a place at the end to leave any questions or comments.
Please know that our goal is to provide for the whole student. This means we want to make sure that we help students and families with any basic needs they may have.
