FREE Dental Care!

FRIDAY DENTAL DAYS
is brought to us by White Bird Dental Clinic


All Bethel students are eligible regardless of ability to pay.

To take advantage of this convenient and great service, forms are available at the schools and at Bethel Health Center.

Fill out the form, and return it to your Health Assistant in the front office and you will receive a call to schedule the appointment. You can also call the Bethel Health Center for an appointment, 541-607-1430.

If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card to the appointment.

If the hygienist noticed possible dental need at a school screening, you will also receive a phone call offering help to get care.

Is Your Student Up To Date On Their Immunizations???

 

Immunization Exclusion Day

February 20, 2019

Just a reminder now is the time to make sure your child’s immunizations are up to date. State law requires ALL children in public schools either have vaccinations or medical/non-medical exemption. Children will not be able to attend school starting February 20, 2019, if their records show missing immunizations.
