Fairfield Music Student Of The Month
As the new Music Specialist at Fairfield School, I wanted to acknowledge individual students in music. I have started a Music Student of the Month Award. This honor can go to any student in grades 3-5 that have gone above and beyond in self management, positive attitude and enjoyment of music. Students earn Falcon Feathers in music that turn into points. The student with the most points at the end of the month will be selected as the Fairfield Music Student of the Month. Students receive Izzy’s and McDonald’s coupons. They and their parents are invited to attend the Emerald Valley Opry Concert at Willamette High School. Music Student of the Month is presented a certificate from the Emerald Valley Opry board. Parents also will receive a small token of appreciation for being a Music Student of the Month Parent!
It is my pleasure to announce our first Music Student of the Month. The honor went to Courtney Kindt, 5th grade in Mr. Johnson’s class for the month of October. Congratulations, Courtney!
Eventually, there will be a bulletin board in the music hallway where all our student of the month’s picture will be placed.
