This Friday, 1/8/21, will be the next Assistance League of Eugene Food pantry at Danebo. We will have about 35 food bags to distribute to families.

Please stop by the school during meal time (11:00 am-1:00 pm) to pick up your food bag. Remain in your car and staff members will bring you the bag.

The AL Food Pantry will be available the following dates:

  • Jan. 22, 2021
  • Feb. 5, 2021
  • Feb. 19, 2021

Please join me in thanking the Assistance League of Eugene for their continued support of our Danebo Families!

Meals Continue This Week

Just a reminder that you can pick up meals every Tuesday and Friday between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm at Danebo.

If another Bethel School is closer to home for you, feel free to stop in there as well.

Meals are free for children ages 2-18 and contain many great items for breakfasts, lunches, and snacks.

Free Online Cooking Class

Bethel School District is teaming with Food for Lane County to provide a free online cooking class for Bethel parents: Preparing Healthy Meals on a Budget.

You will be given free take home ingredient bags, spice sample bags, a recipe book, and more.

The classes for Bethel parents begin in January, but registration is taking place now. To register, email Molly Bullock, Bethel’s Agricultural Educator & Community Outreach Coordinator.
