Assistance League Food Pantry at Danebo

We are fortunate, once again this school year, to be supported by the Assistance League of Eugene through our twice monthly Food Pantry.

Starting tomorrow, Friday, October 16th, we will have approximately 30 bags of non-perishable food to hand out to Danebo students and families.

We will distribute during our regular meal time (11:00 am to 1:00 pm) on a first come, first served basis.

Please pull up into the bus lane, remain in your car, and a Danebo Staff member will ask you for the number of adults and children in your household. We will then hand you a full bag of food items.

Thank you, Assistance League of Eugene, for your continued support of our Danebo students and families!

Meals Service

Bethel Nutrition Services is providing meals to all Bethel families each Tuesday and Friday between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. You can pick up meals at any Bethel School, including Danebo, each week.

Meals typically include a hot meal item along with enough breakfast and lunch items to get students through to the next meal day.

Families can pick up meals for children under the age of 18 and students do not have to be registered with Bethel to receive the meals.

We love seeing our Danebo families picking up meals at school, so come on by tomorrow for meal pick-up between 11am and 1pm.

Walk & Roll To School

While we are not currently “walking and rolling to school”, the Walk and Roll to School support team has some great resources on ways to continue to encourage families to get moving.

Check out the Eugene/Springfield Safe Routes to Schools website and see how you can get moving and win some prizes!
