PTO Cookie Dough Fundraiser
Thanks to those of you who participated in the PTO Cookie Dough fundraiser. Orders were due yesterday (Nov. 14th) and will need to be picked up at Danebo in the cafeteria on Monday, November 21st, between 2:30 and 6:00. Funds raised from the Cookie Dough sale will go towards grade level field trips and school-wide assemblies. Thanks for your support.
Fall Family Fun Festival
We hope that you will join us tomorrow, Thursday, November 3rd, from 5:30-7:30 for the FFFF in the Danebo gym/cafeteria area. It’s a carnival-like family night where students can participate in fun games like the pumpkin push, gourd bowling, and the traditional cupcake walk. Admission is free and most activities will cost 1 ticket. Tickets will be sold for $0.25 each; however students can receive 1 free activity ticket for each canned or boxed food that they bring (to support our Holiday Canned Food Drive. If you would like to volunteer at the FFFF, please contact Erin Cunning (ecunning@bethel.k12.or.us).
Fall PTO Jog-a-Thon
Parents, thanks in advance for your support of the PTO Jog-a-thon that was held last Thursday, September 29th. We appreciate your help with getting pledges or flat donations from friends, family members and people you know and sending donations in with your child by this Wednesday, October 5th.
The top three winners will receive gift cards to Toys R Us ($50 for 1st place, $25 for 2nd place and $15 for 3rd place)! The top winner in each class (and a friend of their choice) will be invited to a special lunch. The student who runs the most laps will be the Danebo Principal for the morning.
We had an amazing turnout of volunteers this year! If you assisted us with counting laps, helping with counting…or whatever the task, THANK YOU! We want to especially thank our fabulous PTO for their work in coordinating the Jog-a-thon. The weather was perfect and it a great day for all.
