CMN Coin Drive Ending

Danebo students have been collecting coins to support our Wolverine Pageant contestants. The coins will be donated to the Children’s Miracle Network, the cause behind the Wolverine Pageant.

The coin drive will end on Wednesday, March 6th, with the class that brings in the most coins earning a pizza lunch (courtesy of Izzy’s Pizza).

Thank you for your support of the Wolverine Pageant and Children’s Miracle Network. We love that our students participated in “kids helping kids”!

Family Fun Reading Night, Thursday, March 7th

Join us for a fun family evening with a free pizza dinner for Danebo Families, literacy activities, and free books for students who attend.

Dinner (pizza, salad, drinks, cookies) will take place from 6:00-6:30 in the cafeteria. Families will then visit classrooms and participate in reading-related activities. Prior to leaving for the evening, we’ll ask families to return to the cafeteria for students to pick out a book to take home, courtesy of the Javon & Jesse Book Memorial (and Chris & Debbie Ferguson).

Please join us—we look forward to seeing you!

Popcorn Days are Returning to Danebo

Many thanks to our friends at Fairfield Church of the Nazarene for providing a team of volunteers to bring back our popcorn days.

This Thursday, March 7th, will be our first popcorn day of the year. Students can purchase bags of popcorn for $0.25 per bag and can purchase up to four bags.

Please send money with your child on Thursday morning. Popcorn will be delivered to classrooms during the day on Thursday.
