Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Bethel School District #52, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be conducted virtually from the Bethel School District Administrative Office, Board Room, 4640 Barger Drive, Eugene, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 26th day of May 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to hear comments from the public on the budget.
Per ORS 192.670, the meeting will be held virtually on Zoom and will be open to the public. Public comment will be taken verbally during the virtual meeting. Those wanting to make public comment during the meeting will need to email Connie Quinn at email@example.com by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2020. Please provide your name, phone number and address in your email. Information to join the meeting will be available on the agenda posted on the Bethel School District website prior to the budget meeting.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 26, 2020, at the Bethel School District Administration Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., by appointment only. Call the District office for more information: 541-689-3280. This is a public virtual meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the virtual meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
