Kalapuya Plant Sale Continues

Plants in a greenhouse

Flowers, vegetable starts and more will continue to be sold out of the Kalapuya High School greenhouse this week.

Following a hugely successful Kalapuya Plant Sale on Saturday, Kalapuya High School students will continue selling the remaining plants that they have raised in the school’s professional-grade greenhouse.

Corn, squash, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, melons, cucumbers, flowers and more are still available.

Students will be selling the plants after school 2:30-4:00 Monday and Tuesday, and the greenhouse will also be open from from noon-4:00 on Wednesday at Kalapuya, 1200 N. Terry.

$4,200 worth of plants was sold Saturday. All proceeds from the sale support the hugely successful agriculture education program at Kalapuya.
