Regifting The Gift Of Literacy

Clear Lake kindergarten students read to volunteers from the Eugene Airport Rotary. The Rotarians donated and prepared $2,000 worth of books for incoming kindergartners at the upcoming Kindergarten Orientation sessions throughout Bethel.

$2,000 worth of books for incoming Bethel kindergartners are being prepared by members of the Eugene Airport Rotary.

The books will go to each kindergarten family during the upcoming Kindergarten Orientation sessions at all Bethel schools. It’s a continuation of the Rotarians’ Gift of Literacy Grant, which supports reading among our youngest students.

The gift of literacy was on display when kindergartners from Clear Lake Elementary read a story to the generous donors.

Thanks again to the good folks at the Eugene Airport Rotary, longtime supporters of students in Bethel School District.
