Bethel Nurse Annemarie Hirsch provides a tour of the Bethel Health Center for Carol Opheikens, Quality Assurance Coordinator for the state’s School Based Health Center program.

The Bethel Health Center has been given an official thumbs-up from the state.

Passing its recertification inspection with flying colors, the Bethel Health Center’s practices, policies and procedures were given a close examination by Carol Opheikens, Quality Assurance Coordinator for the School Based Health Centers State Program Office.

Opheikens noted the high level of support the Health Center is receiving from the Bethel community.

Now in its second full year of operation, the Bethel Health Center has already handled well over 500 patient visits this school year at its location inside Cascade Middle School.
