Voters looking for the Bethel school bond measure will need to check the back side of their ballot. Down at the bottom – one of the very last issues – is the Bethel School District bond measure, #20-209.
It reads: 20-209 Bonds to repair, update, replace facilities; maintains existing tax rate.
The official ballot title refers to how the Bethel School Board crafted the bond measure in such a way that it will not increase anyone’s tax rate.
