Health Center Receives United Way Grant
Family Nurse Practitioner Wendy Lang provides affordable and comprehensive medical care at the Bethel Health Center.
Bethel’s Home For Health has received a huge boost. The Bethel Health Center has been awarded a three-year grant from United Way of Lane County.
At $21,000 annually for three years, the grant will go a long way to helping the Health Center as it works to become financially sustainable in its operations.
Now beginning its second year, the Health Center provides low or no-cost medical care for all Bethel students, their younger siblings, and children of students. More than 300 Bethel students were treated for a wide variety of ailments during the last school year.

The Health Center is located in Cascade Middle School, but it has its own outside entrance.
